For items sold by professional sellers:

Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of return approval

The item is proven to be counterfeit

9.3 Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:

9.4 Liability
For private seller transactions:

We do not physically hold all items listed through Assisted Selling

We are not liable for seller misrepresentation but will assist in resolving disputes where possible
10. Shipping & Delivery
